Q Does London Drainage Facilities provide PPM servicing?

Yes, it's one of the largest parts of the business. We have a team of surveyors ready to attend you site (Free of charge), to meet and discuss your needs. Multiple options available for PPM work.

Q What area do you cover?

Inside the M25 is a great patch for us, but we're now covering the entire South East of England.

Q How many people do you employee, can you cope with large contracts?

We currently (As of Jan 2024), employ just over 100 direct people (No subcontracted people and no agencies). We're big enough to cope, small enough to care :-)

Q How long have you traded?

Business started in 2005, we haven't stopped since (Not even for 30 seconds).

Q How do you handle you H&S Responsibilities ?

We have three key H&S Managers, all trained, skilled and experienced. We also subscribe to a dedicated support company for secondary advise if required.

Q What are you plans for the future?

Growth! We've grown in size every year back to back since inception. We've never been so keen to upscale.

Q Can you provide Out Of Hours support/servicing?

Due to the clients we have, working outside of normal hours is standard for London Drainage Facilities. In fact, it's rare for us to provide in hours services!
